OUR £15 PER MONTH GYM MEMBERSHIP which INCLUDES FREE FITNESS CLASSES is the LOWEST PRICED in the HAVANT, EMSWORTH, WATERLOOVILLE and PORTSMOUTH area, there is NO CONTRACT and you can either pay by CASH, STANDING ORDER or DIRECT DEBIT

Burn 500 CALORIES in 30 MINUTES using our SPECIALISED TECHNOGYM EASYLINE GYM CIRCUIT, combining strength training and cardio (we recommend a gym circuit workout 3 times a week for fast results and if you have more leisure time to burn more calories attend our fitness classes which are included in our membership).

Our members have been achieving amazing weight, inch and fat loss results, (many are happy to share their remarkable results). Our Re-Energize programme (optional) includes monthly monitoring FREE with membership, (a hand held machine is used to show your fat and BMI levels), you are also weighed and measured monthly, weekly if requested. We also give advice on how to achieve your goals.
